The graduates have the ability to:

  • Articulate and discuss the latest developments in the specific field of practice. (PQF level 6 descriptor)


  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing using both English and Filipino.


  • Work effectively and independently in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. (PQF level 6 descriptor)


  • Act in recognition of professional, social, and ethical responsibility.


  • Preserve and promote "Filipino historical and cultural heritage". (based on RA 7722)


Common to the Management discipline
A graduate of a management degree should be able to

  • Perform the basic functions of management such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.


  • Apply the basic concepts that underlie each of the functional areas of business (marketing, finance, human resources management, production and operations management, information technology, and strategic management) and employ these concepts in various business situations.


  • Select the proper decision-making tools to critically, analytically, and creatively solve problems and drive results.


  • Express oneself clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders both in oral and written forms.


  • Apply information and communication technology (ICT) skills as required by the business environment.


  • Work effectively with other stakeholders and manage conflict in the workplace.


  • Plan and implement business related activities.

  • Demonstrate corporate citizenship and social responsibility.


  • Exercise high personal moral and ethical standards.

​Program Description


The Bachelor of Science in Global Management program prepares students to take on leadership roles in multinational corporations, government agencies or nongovernmental organizations. It allows students to develop and hone the skills needed to thrive as leaders in today's globally interconnected economy. Students gain experience and develop skills that international companies, governments and nonprofit entities value highly in employees. Everyone in the program has the opportunity to explore the politics, cultures, and economics of different countries around the world while putting the skills they have learned into practice in real-world settings through a required international internship. Although students are strongly encouraged to pursue internships outside their home country, they may also satisfy this requirement by doing a local internship with an international component



Program Educational Objectives


Within five years after graduation, graduates of BS Global Management should have a. Applied concepts and principles of global management in international setting. b. Demonstrated professional success via promotions and/or positions of increasing responsibility in a global organization or global setting. c. Demonstrated life-long learning via progress toward completion of an advanced degree, professional development/continuing education courses or industry-based training courses. d. Exhibited and implemented actions toward the improvement of Global Management practice or related fields. e. Initiated and implemented actions toward the improvement of the practice of Global Management or related fields.
